We started by driving people from the airport. Then they started asking where to go.

Anake began in 2018 as a transfer company in Lilongwe. Guests would land at Kamuzu International, get in the car, and by the time we reached the city they were asking what there was to see. We kept answering, and eventually started building the trips ourselves.

Today we run fifteen itineraries across Malawi and into Zambia, from a single day at Dedza's rock art to three weeks the length of the lake. Every one is private, guided by Malawians, and built to be changed if you want something different once you are here.
