Day by day
DAY 1 Lilongwe to Salima
Depart Lilongwe in the morning for Salima District. Lunch at a local lodge, then a Gule Wamkulu masquerade performance and time with the community to understand what the dance means. Evening drive to Liwonde.
DAY 2 Liwonde National Park
Morning and afternoon game drives through Liwonde, closing with a sunset boat safari on the Shire River among hippo and elephant.
DAY 3 Final drive and return
A last morning game drive before the transfer back to Lilongwe.
